The pair are still close with all of their friends from university and wanted to share this moment with them, so they planned an engagement party to take place later in the month.
The party was set to take place at their home, hopefully in the garden if the British weather could be relied on. Hog Roast Bethnal Green has been hired to cater for the occasion with a delicious BBQ menu, which tastes just as good rain or shine! Our team was looking forward to catering for this sweet occasion and we knew that our menu would be an ideal addition to the event.
In preparation for the party, the Hog Roast Bethnal Green team is planning on arriving at the venue in the morning and setting up our catering station in the garden. If the rain starts to fall, we will be equipped with a gazebo to keep everything dry. For the menu, we will be serving a variety of mains, including succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. Additionally, we will be serving homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, sweet potato fries, and a tomato and mozzarella salad. This will create a varied and delicious buffet menu, with plenty for everyone to enjoy.
