Our chefs arrived early to site in the morning to immediately get our hog roast cooking. In the meantime they also thinly sliced a selection of Italian meats and prepared fresh cheeses and artisanal breads to be served on our incredible antipasti platter with oils and vinegars as a starter. Fresh salads, baby new potatoes, and our homemade coleslaw were also freshly prepared in this time to then be served with the roast itself come lunchtime.
