So if you fancy a main of spit-roasted chickens or turkeys or a hunk of lamb or beef instead of a hog roast, or if you need vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free options (or, of course, dishes for other diets), just let us know in advance and we’ll make it work and not only with suitable food but food that’s just as tasty as our signature food.
