The latest to experience our unrivalled catering talents was happy couple, Serena and Duncan, who recently got hitched in a converted warehouse. Having chosen an industrial theme for their big day, the pair had invited us along to serve our Alfresco Menu to their 200-strong wedding party, and we couldn’t have been more excited to assist.
Taking the reins on the event and ensuring everything ran like clockwork, our catering manager, Alex arrived at the couple’s chosen venue late that morning with a band of Hog Roast Hornsey’s best caterers in tow. From there, the group immediately set to work preparing a striking spread that accommodated everyone’s dietary needs. We also provided tables, chairs, cutlery and crockery for the celebrations, which our servers set up before the guests arrived.
Serena and Duncan could hardly believe their eyes when they stepped into the reception hall, which had been fully decorated with balloons, flowers and fairy lights that added a touch of warmth to the exposed brick walls. What left them almost entirely speechless, though, was the food. On the centre of each table, Hog Roast Hornsey had placed a beautifully arranged wooden antipasti platter of meats, cheeses and breads, which was followed by an aromatic hog roast (or BBQ pulled jackfruit buns) and a delicious cheesecake for dessert.
The guests savoured every mouthful, and the bride and groom were full of thanks to Alex and the team for making sure their special day was a success.
