Earlier this term, Hog Roast Camden Town was contacted by Frank to arrange catering for an upcoming teacher training day taking place locally. Training days take place periodically and are a very important part of the role, but they are not the most interesting of events. To try and make the training days more appealing, Frank often provides a delicious lunch option for his staff to enjoy. This summer, Hog Roast Camden Town has been hired to cater for the occasion with one of our delicious slow-roast buffet menus. This is the perfect menu for the occasion and is sure to be a well-needed midday boost.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Camden Town team is planning on arriving at the school in the morning and getting our menu ready for the midday serving time. We will begin by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to cook to perfection for around five hours. Once ready, the hog will be expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. For meat-free guests, we will be serving delicious BBQ-pulled jackfruit, which is a great pork alternative. Additionally, the mains will be served alongside homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a green leaf salad. Overall, this menu is sure to go down a treat and will be a great addition to the event.
