One such memorable occasion took place on Saturday, when Hog Roast Brent Cross, under the expert guidance of our catering manager Dohnis, had the honour of assisting with Holly and Geoff’s vow renewal celebration.
The couple, married for five years and together for a decade, decided to
commemorate their love with a lavish event. When they initially tied the knot, budget constraints had limited their celebration. However, for this special milestone, they spared no expense, renting a luxurious venue to mark the occasion.
Hog Roast Brent Cross was the natural choice to cater the event, offering the perfect meal plan to complement the couple’s extravagant vision. Our Formal Hog Roast Dining Experience set the tone for an elegant and delectable celebration.
After a heartfelt vow renewal ceremony, Holly and Geoff, along with their 55 guests, made their way to the reception hall. There, they were greeted with a selection of mouth watering canapés and glasses of champagne, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening.
Once seated, the guests were treated to a delectable starter: heritage tomato and beetroot carpaccio, a visually stunning and palate-pleasing beginning to the meal. The main course presented a choice between a traditional hog roast complete with crackling, stuffing, and applesauce, or succulent sirloin of English beef with rich red wine gravy. For those with dietary restrictions, grilled vegetable kebabs provided an equally delightful option. To complement the mains, a trio of vibrant salads and creamy dauphinoise potatoes were served, creating a harmonious and satisfying meal.
To cap off this exquisite dining experience, Hog Roast Brent Cross served our delightful sticky toffee pudding and luscious individual cheesecakes were served, which everyone agreed brought the celebrations to the perfect conclusion.
