Laurie is the owner of a local bed and breakfast and she wanted to do something extra special this year to draw in guests for Valentine’s Day. She provided tasteful decorations throughout the rooms and aimed to provide a spa-like experience for all of the guests, as well as hiring Hog Roast Alexandra Palace to provide a delicious evening meal for everyone to enjoy. This is a great way to create a luxury weekend package and is bound to draw in new customers to the venue. For the menu option, Laurie is wanting us to provide a classic hog roast, followed by a dessert course and a round of champagne. This is not a problem for our team and we are looking forward to catering this meal!
On the day of the meal, the Hog Roast Alexandra Palace are planning to slow-roast the hog on site and ensure that it is cooked to perfection and packed full of natural juices and flavours. Once ready, the meat will be expertly carved and served alongside seasonal vegetables, sage and onion stuffing, homemade gravy, and roasted baby potatoes. For meat-free guests, we will also be providing veggie sausages and BBQ pulled jackfruit.
Following the main course, the guests will be able to choose between sticky toffee pudding or chocolate torte, with each dish accompanied by English cream and fresh berries. Our waiting staff will also be serving a glass of champagne to guests to allow them to toast to a wonderful Valentine’s Day!
