The Jackson family aim to gather together several times a year to enjoy a variety of events, including Christmas and birthday celebrations. Since they are a large family, it can be difficult to get everyone together in one place, especially now the children are growing up, so when it does happen it is important to make the most of it! Hog Roast Finsbury Park earlier this summer to arrange catering for their upcoming summer gathering, which was set to include a movie night and plenty of delicious foods to choose from. For the menu, it was decided that our Gourmet BBQ option would be ideal as it is the most varied and family-friendly option that we can provide.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Finsbury Park team arrived at the Jackson family home and began setting up our catering station in the back garden. Once ready, we started to grill the main dishes. This included succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, juicy British beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, and halloumi and vegetable skewers. The main dishes were served in fresh bread rolls, alongside crunchy coleslaw, sweet potato fries, corn cobettes, homemade chips, a green leaf salad, and a tomato and mozzarella salad. This created a varied menu with plenty of dishes to choose from and something for every member of the family to enjoy. Our catering went down a treat and was a great addition to the evening.
