Now that we are thoroughly into the autumn season, the Hog Roast Hackney team would like to just take a quick moment to look back and offer our out our sincere thanks for an incredible summer with so many of you. As an event caterer, the summer is one of our most important times of the year; along with the festive Christmas season, it can make or break our calendar and have a huge impact on how our business operates going forward. To have a big a summer as this, well it puts us on a great track going forward and brings us a tonne of comfort for the future of our catering business.
The reason the summer is so big is largely down to the summer wedding season. As any caterer will tell you, weddings are the event that you want to be involved in. They are so often the biggest and the most special each and every time. For a caterer it is where you test the limits of your services as you endeavour to give each and every wedding guest the highest of experiences to match to the important of the occasion. You always have to be on, always at your best. This summer the Hog Roast Hackney team received a tonne of wedding requests – so many in fact that we regretfully had to turn down some! If you look across our socials from the summer period you’ll no doubt see just how often we were out at weddings – it was every weekend and often again in the midweek. A big thank you, then, to every bride, groom, wedding planner and venue that chose Hog Roast Hackney this summer. You brought us a tonne of joy over the last few months – as we hope we did you too!
We are already prepping for the next summer of weddings, as venues around the country now begin to host their own wedding fairs to advertise for next year. If you are a bride or groom who missed us this year, then perhaps we’ll see you soon to get your wedding booked in for next year!
