With students engaged in exams, a North London based university hired Hog Roast Hampstead to provide a tasty lunch for those who need a break from studying. The lunch was provided in the university library, with plenty of food for 200 students to enjoy. This was set to be a big lunch, but nothing is ever too much for our Hog Roast Hampstead manager Alex! After discussing our menu options, it was clear that our classic Hog Roast menu was the ideal choice since it is the most versatile and simplistic menu to enjoy while hard at work.
On the day of the catering, the Hog Roast Hampstead team arrived in advance to sort the catering in time for lunch. The preparation began with roasting the hog, ensuring that the meat was slow-roasted evenly during the morning. Once cooked, it was expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls. Students could also choose to enjoy some fresh sage and onion stuffing and homemade applesauce. For meat-free guests, we provided an alternate dish of BBQ pulled pork, which is an incredibly vegetarian protein source.
